Since moving to Bristol we have been busy training and working in the small gaps we have.
Last week we had a great time performing at Lakota as a spectacle for their Motherfunkers night. And we also took part in Bristol Museum’s, museum at Night: Circus spectacular. It was a pleasure to perform in such a wonderful space surrounded by the immensely talented performers also based in Bristol.
Next we are compering for a show on Thursday so we are busy collecting all our party tricks and bad gags.

After a very memorable summer, Willum and I have moved to Bristol to focus all of our time into training at Circomedia on their degree course in contemporary circus and physical theatre.
We are both loving it but aching in muscles we didn’t know we had!!
Yesterday we sealed our summer off perfectly by performing at the lovely Penlee Park open air theatre in the pouring rain.
Massive thank you to everyone that made it so special and to our audience who showed us love despite being made to sit in puddles for an hour!
We had some wonderful comments and next we plan to cut it down to 30 minutes of circus fun and start getting bookings for next summer.
A couple of weeks ago my summer plans changed dramatically when Jojo (owner and performer for Bash St Theatre) broke her ankle and I was called upon to take up her role in their show Bellevue Hotel.
So Willum and I have been busy travelling with them (him as technician) and performing at some lovely events in the UK and Germany, and next week I’m headed to Bulgaria with it!
It’s been an honour and delight to work with Bash Street again, and we hope to get involved with more of their shows in the future.
Here are a couple of photos from Steve Wilde taken at Paignton children’s week
This weekend we had great fun rehearsing and then performing at the Great Estate Festival!
We had a good weekend training in the sun during the daytime and doing my end of year show in the evenings. Such a treat!
Now to pack up the van and head back to Cornwall for rehearsals this week.
I’ve been asked to do my short coathanger routine a few times now so I made this video.
I have plans to make it into a fuller Concierge act but for now it’s one trick that should take 5 seconds spread over a couple of minutes..
We had a beautiful sunny weekend in Cornwall rehearsing at Krowji and visiting Penlee Park Open air Theatre. We are super excited to be performing there on July 22nd and August 26th.
Love and thanks to Emma who joined us offering help with direction and laughing at all the right times.
A big thank you to Lark Bridges and Meg Morwenna who, whilst we were in Cornwall last week took some beautiful photos of us on Porthtowan beach to be used on flyers and posters.
Willum and I had the treat of performing at the RWA in Bristol for the opening of their Sawdust and Sequins exhibition with Circomedia.
We spent the two days helping and teaching trapeze and tightwire as well as performing a doubles acro routine in front of Circo’s rig and I also did my coathanger routine.
